In Records, please go to Configuration, Then under Account management, click on Staff:
Screenshot below: Then just add staff, it'll prompt you to enter demographics information, and under Security Credentials, which will be right underneath after you fill out demo information, set the Security Level to System Admin.
Then after filling that out please click on the Hire box just like screenshot below and under SSO Information as well.
This will help give your team member access to the Hire side.
